A young family had purchased their dream home in a private estate in Burton Joyce, surrounded by greenery and with no overlooking neighbours. The house already offered everything they needed—but it lacked the final element that would make it truly perfect. They wanted a modern rear extension that reflected their youthful lifestyle and strengthened the connection between the home and its beautiful garden.

Our proposal focused on creating a clean, contemporary addition that complements the existing house without overpowering it. Large expanses of glazing were introduced to flood the new space with natural light, create uninterrupted views of the garden and maintain a strong relationship with the outdoors throughout the day.
